Katya Kinski

Katya Kinski is the older sister of Rachel and Zeke Kinski and the daughter
of Alex Kinski. She ran away from home at the age of 16 and returned to meet
her father at 19, when he was just about to die.

Katya Kinski, the rebellious daughter of Alex Kinski, ran away from home at
just 16 years old, just after her mother died. She was then found by her
sister Rachel Kinski, when she was 19 and working at a nurse at the local
hospital. Rachel begged Katya to come home, and to reunite with her dying
father, Katya said that she couldn't, but later changed her mind and entered
Ramsay Street, to speak to her father just before he died.

She told her father that she had changed her name to Catherine, and that she
was never going to forgive him, and definitely not just because he was
dying. Her uncaring ways repulsed Susan and stung Alex badly. Katya then
left, and returned shortly to see her father marry Susan. With hesitation
and hate she signed their marriage certificate and glared at her father
throughout the whole marriage ceremony. Later though, she felt awful about
being so hating to him and returned to say that she had forgiven him.

She was met by Susan and she asked Susan to tell her when he woke up so that
she could tell him in person that she had forgiven him. Susan told Katya
that she would, but Alex never woke up again, he died. From the moment that
Susan told her that her father was dead, Katya hated Susan, and was
determined to get her siblings: Rachel and Zeke away from Susan, at whatever
cost.

Katya became jealous of Susan and tried to turn her siblings against her.
She became even more jealous to Susan, when Rachel ran away and Susan made
no deal about it. Katya later told Susan, that Susan wasn't her mother and
that she would do anything to live with Rachel and Zeke without her. Susan
was stung and upset, and even more upset when Katya announced that she
wanted to look after Rachel and Zeke and to do that she couldn't let Susan
near them. At once there was a trial between Susan and Katya for who would
win Rachel and Zeke.

That night, Alex's will was read out by Jarrod "Toadfish" Rebecki, who had a
huge crush on Katya. However, he became Susan's lawyer, and annoyed Susan by
not paying attention to her cases and staring at Katya throughout all the
trials. In the end, an annoyed Susan had enough of the trials and told
Jarrod that she wanted a private check on Katya to know everything about
her, and to also know if she was safe and responsible enough to look after
the children.

Jarrod hesitatingly got the private search done and blacked out all the
evidence of Katya's black past. Susan asked him what all the blacked-our
bits in the search were, and when he told her she was shocked. Susan
announced to Katya that she knew all about her past, and now she would truly
win the children. Katya was shocked, and blamed it all on Jarrod. She then
later went out to tell the children about her dark past. Susan, however,
didn't want the children to know, and told Katya that she could the children
if she truly wanted to, as long as she was a prominent past of their lives.

Katya was delighted and took on the children. While she looked after them,
she started to date Paul Robinson's mentally unstable son- Robert Robinson,
who had come to Ramsay Street so that he could get revenge on his devious
father, his father's scheming girlfriend and his spoilt sister. After their
first date, Robert and Katya got close. Katya of course knew Robert as
"Cameron" and was unaware of Robert's mentally unstable mind. Katya was then
shocked when she saw Susan, depressed and sad, and she, Rachel and Zeke
moved back in with Susan.

Katya of course, unaware of Robert's cruel mind, continued dating him. Their
dates led to the bush, where Robert tried to electrocute Katya. He failed
