Ezekiel (Zeke) Kinski (played by Matthew Werkmeister)

Zeke is a student at Erinsborugh high he lives at number 28 with Susan and Rachel. He is the son of the late Franchesca and the late Alex. His Step mom is Susan Smith and he has 2 sisters Katya and Rachel.

Zeke's mom passed away when he was just 8 years old he has led a very sheltered life – his older sister left home shortly after the death of his mom and he has been raised and home schooled by his dad Alex so didn't have the opportunity to meet many people. Zeke loves facts and is very intelligent most people would say he is a bit of a geek.

When he first came to Erinsborugh high most people thought he was strange especially as he is unable to lie which he has often found costly especially when he started dating Bree Timmins but this was very brief because Bree is Rachels best friend and when Rachel was going through a rebellious stage and dating an older lad but lying to Alex about it he told the truth so Bree dumped him.

Things have been very tough over the last few weeks Alex told them he was dying from un curable cancer and dies just days later but Zeke blames himself for his dads death as when their mom died Zeke had wished it was his dad instead so since his dad passed away he didn't say a word as he was very scared he might say something that leads to someone else dying or getting hurt. He was slightly consoled by his older sister returning although not because Susan and Katya are now locked in a custody battle over who gets to keep him and Rachel.

When he and Rachel were arguing about him not speaking she got herself electrocuted and he had to speak to call emergency services or she would have died so at least his speech has returned and he and Brae are back together again so perhaps things are improving.
