The episode starts with Oliver and Carmella in a sticky position as Oliver is asked whether he actually loves Carmella he avoids the question by saying that he cares for her. The programme then moves on to Valda and Lou who are both struggling to get there business websites up and running Valda knows why but keeps it a secret from Lou and says that she'll sort it out the next day. Steph comes to pick up Toadie and has a surprise dinner ready for him but then he outdoes her and shows her the massive pile of books he has to have read by the next day requested by Susan's new lawyer. Next day comes and Bridget is going back to school her family are over her like rash and Bridget is not fussed at all. Ringo and Declan decide to sign up for the swim team and then Bridget gets to school and is warmly welcomed by all her friends except Declan who is avoiding her. A huge row occurs first thing in the morning between Rosie and Susan's lawyer after which Toadie is left to do the case for Susan. Carmella feels lonely after coming out of hospital. Bridget enters the classroom with all her peers staring at her she then asks if they have anything wrong with her and then asks if they have any questions they want to ask about her so that she can get on with her life. They spend the whole lesson asking questions until the end when she says any last questions and there is a silence followed by a hand up from Declan who announces his question and they become friends again. After the lesson Bridget goes up to Susan and reads her a letter that she wrote before the accident. During her reading out the letter her mum walks in to the school and listens from outside the door. At the end of the letter reveals that she sent it to the teacher awards.
